Rev. Dr. Catrina Ciccone
Racial Justice Team, IDI Administrator
Rev. Dr. Catrina Ciccone (Anti-Racism Team, IDI Administrator) is an ELCA pastor and scholar currently living in St. Paul and serving a specialized call to Luther Seminary, helping to midwife the holy experiment of the MDivX pilot project. Catrina was raised in small town Minnesota, and over the last 20 years has watched her hometown transform from the beginning of lake country to the exurban edge of the Twin Cities. Her following of the Spirit's call has led her to ministry among various contexts and cultures across the United States, including urban DC, the Pacific Northwest, and northern Appalachia. Catrina became a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) in June 2019. She greatly appreciates how the IDI provides not only an intellectual framework but also pragmatic resources for the intentional development of intercultural competency.
